Shipping policy

 

Ouesttech provides a trackable shipping service for all purchases. We offer free standard shipping within the United States territory for all orders worth $50 and above. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are able to select our flat rate ground shipping of $9.99.

You will receive a order confirmation email once your order has placed. The tracking number will be active within 2~3 business days.

Our standard shipping timeframe for US orders is 5-10 business days. The shipping timeframe for international orders (non-US) is 10–20 business days.
All shipping times are estimates and can vary, particularly during holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email once your tracking code is activated. You may also sign in to track the status of your order through your account.
